We strive to provide the best experience for all clients and their guests. In order to accomplish this, it's important to highlight our capacity as a small family business. In an effort to set realistic expectations, please read the list below
--you will find granular details about what to expect at your event.
1. We don’t offer all you can eat tacos for any event unless you are willing to pay extra. We average 1/2 lb of protein per person. (average is 4 tacos the first round after serving all your guests accounted in the invoice--people are welcome to come back for seconds or thirds until we run out of food)
2. We offer 10 condiments for each table and the amount changes on the guest count so our Salsas and chips are for the tacos, not as appetizers. If you need more, please let us know and we are happy to provide more with the proper menu charge.
3. Please read your invoice and reach out if there is anything wrong(EX: like time, menu package or guest count) Let us know and I will be happy to correct the issue(s). We will compensate for any issues if we made a human mistake. With that in mind, we always aim to ensure your event is perfect.
4. If there are any issues(other than ones mentioned above) with your event, please let us know right away to correct it or fix it.
5. Event balances are due before we start serving your event(the day before at the latest) to avoid any payment conflicts, no exceptions. This is a standard practice for many catering companies-we will ask for a payment weeks or days before your event. If you assign someone to lead your event, please ensure that person has the funds available to submit the payment. Unpaid events will not be honored.
6. We have the right to refuse & cancel service for any event if we believe that we can't live up to your expectations. We focus on casual taco catering not fine dining.
7. Our staff is 100% committed to your event for 2 hours, specifically for cooking and serving your guests. With that in mind, our staff is instructed to not be a cleaning crew for your event nor serve tables invidividually. What this means is that, staff members will not be servers or buspersons for your event. If you need that service, we are happy to add more staff at an additional cost.
